Our Shipping Policy
Shipping and Handling charges are based on: The weight and size of your items and the delivery option you choose (Express, Standard Ground, 2-day air, etc.) The easiest way to calculate your shipping cost is to let us do it for you.
Please email or call us with the item number, quantity, your preferred shipping method (see the variety of shipping options listed below) and your shipping zip code. We will then be able to calculate your order shipping costs.
We make all the arrangements to ensure your products arrive where and when you need them. However, we cannot be responsible for inclement weather, national disasters, customs delays and other unusual circumstances.
ArtPromos products are sold F.O.B. (freight on board) factory. The goods are owned by the purchaser once they are picked up by the carrier. ArtPromos provides a firm ship date for your order and we are happy to recommend the best shipping options and make the arrangements.
ArtPromos will ship your order using our account and invoice the freight charges including insurance at full value, at published rates. We will also ship using your account number, if you prefer. If you choose to use your own account, you are responsible for the insurance, and the shipment belongs to you once it leaves our factory. Some factories add shipping and handling charge for each carton shipped under your account number. We will advise you of these charges before final processing of your order. If the shipment is lost or damaged, you are responsible for negotiating with the carrier for reimbursement and your company will still be responsible for the full amount of your our invoice.
UPS Ground is usually the most cost effective way to ship promotional items. In cases of high volume orders, trucking alternatives will be given. Within the continental US, shipping time is from one to five days via UPS Ground depending upon where the packages originate and their ultimate destination.
Other options available at additional cost are UPS Sonic Air, Next Day Air, Early AM, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Saver, 2nd Day Air AM, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and Worldwide Express Plus, Federal Express Same Day, First Overnight, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, Two Day, Three Day Saver, Ground, and Home Delivery.
Where is my order?
If you have not received your order and believe you should have, please contact your ArtPromos Account Representative who will provide you with up-to-date order status and tracking numbers.
It is the customer's responsibility to review and approve all items ordered before they are printed including proofs, samples or pre-production samples. If customer waives such proof or sample, including pre-production sample due to any reason including a rush, ArtPromos is not responsible and the customer must accept items as is. Once items are printed they cannot be returned and they must be paid for in full.
If you have any problems with your order, please contact customer service within 10 days of receipt. We advise opening your merchandise to review its quality if you do not intend to use it right away. After this time we will be unable to go back to our suppliers for credit. Please have your order number available. WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. If any problem arises, please call customer service immediately.
