Tees with multiline imprint and/or logos (FIT-18) can be substituted for tees with one line imprint (WT-11). Add .08 per poly bag.

Divot Fixer Caddies (DFC-8) or Metal Divot Fixers (MDF-66) can be substituted for plastic divot fixers (DF-60). Add $.16 for DFC-8 or $.60 for MDF-66.
